This is cute. I really enjoyed it. I didn't at first, but after a while it started really growing on me. I might check this show out on my own time. The animation, story, and music is all really good. The writing isn't half bad! Overall, better than usual.

Cliche harem anime. Fan service is obvious but not too bad. Clueless angel which has lived for eternity yet doesn't know squat about humanity. Guess she missed classes. I found myself doing other stuff while watching. Good premise but I'll take a certain helpful fox girl over this show.

This was a fun little slice of life / romance show, with some supernatural elements. Our protagonist meets the perfect girl for him, but she's literally an angel.
We see her go through the typical tropes of misunderstanding life in the human world, but it is executed in a fairly cute and fun way.

lol. the fanservice is immediate. so immediate i got lulled into a false sense of security by the cute slice of life aspects only to be hit with it again. but it IS ecchi afterall.

i think the premise would wear thin past 1 episode but fine enough for one watch

Yoru no Kurage wa Oyogenai shows us the effects of unwanted harsh criticism, and impostor syndrome that plagues the life of artists.
The show makes sure we understand this is not isolated to a singular form of art too.
The art style although very much generic by modern standards have surprisingly detailed backgrounds

This isn't something I'd normally have time for, but it surprised me -- it gave a real sense of girls on the edge, in between oblivion and the future.

First thought - ugh, I don't like the CGI. It is very noticibly blocky, like a video game cutscene. I also found a lot of the effects that accentuate emotion to be over the top, like when she hears singing and some kind of wind effect envelops her, signifying her Rhapsody. That having been said, there is some fun character development and humour in this show. A bit cliched of an ending to this first episode, but it did have some heart. If you can look past the CGI, it is a fun slice of life.

Although it has a common plot drive, Girls Band Cry is a charming Idol-girl anime centered around the anxiety-filled experience of pursuing a new goal, without experience or connections. The first episode seems to leave a possibility for Yuri themes to appear, if any sort of romance is to be expected.
There is obviously a focus on music, and it is quite fitting to the styles of the character's in the show

for being CG'd anime the quality rivals standard cell work. The story line is quite good. Acting is quite beleiveable.

CGI animation, with motion capture. Color depth of the characters and backgrounds is very nice. Made for HDR displays. Parts of the opening title theme uses cgi that adheres more closely to a traditional 2d style. I wonder if this level of quality will be maintained throughout the series. Ever have that feeling where you can't tell if a particular product is depicted because the author is a fan, or if it's paid product placement? That's this episode. Sony branded ANC wireless earbuds, iphone 12 personal device. Has a nice, irreverent humor when not being serious. Lots of singing if you're into that genre. Really liked it.

Catchy opening track. One of those shows where the original mangaka/writer was into gun details; an effort was made to represent weapon parts and action accurately. This is beauty and the beast but anime and way more sad. It's really cute though. I appreciate the writing and animation as it is very silly and wholesome. I can't help but look forward to watching more of it, even if romantic comedies aren't usually my cup of tea. It's just very sweet, and I'm excited to see what the OP and ED look like. Pretty solid, if not somewhat generic. But it has its charm for sure.

But then, we get to see our MC bumble about, completely oblivious to just how OP he is.

This was pretty good, I've always been a sucker for characters who have no idea how powerful they actually are and are kinda dumb. It's a very funny trope that makes me laugh. The animation, soundtrack, and pacing were all pretty good as well, and it reminds me of One Punch Man quite a bit in terms of tone and humor. Not the best thing I've ever seen, but I'm really excited to watch more. It's very fun and overall a good time.

Daigo is not particularly heroic; he's overly competitive against his rivals, naive, myopic, inexperienced, short-tempered, and is often off in la-la land with a spaced-out expression on his face.

Koudo Ikusei Senior High School is a leading prestigious school with state-of-the-art facilities where nearly 100% of students go on to university or find employment. The students there have the freedom to wear any hairstyle and bring any personal effects they desire. Koudo Ikusei is a paradise-like school, but the truth is that only the most superior of students receive favorable treatment. 
Ayanokouji Kiyotaka is a student of D-class, which is where the school dumps its "inferior" students in order to ridicule them. For a certain reason, Kiyotaka was careless on his entrance examination, and was put in D-class. After meeting Horikita Suzune and Kushida Kikyou, two other students in his class, Kiyotaka's situation begins to change.
