Baku Yorozu is a young man plagued with terrible luck who dreams of becoming a secret agent. He spends his nights dreaming of serving the special organization CODE as Code number: 7. When a stroke of misfortune pulls Baku into an encounter with the monsters known as Nightmares, he is enlisted by the mysterious commander Zero to become an actual CODE agent. Now equipped with the ZEZTZ Driver, a transformation belt using specially powered capsules known as "Capsems", Baku transforms into Kamen Rider ZEZTZ to stop the Nightmares in both the dream world and the real world.
Baku Yorozu est un jeune homme au destin tragique qui rêve de devenir agent secret. Il passe ses nuits à rêver de servir l'organisation spéciale CODE sous le numéro de code 7. Lorsqu'un coup du sort l'entraîne à affronter les monstres Cauchemars, il est recruté par le mystérieux commandant Zéro pour devenir un véritable agent CODE. Désormais équipé du pilote ZEZTZ, une ceinture de transformation utilisant des capsules spéciales appelées « Capsems », Baku se transforme en Kamen Rider ZEZTZ pour arrêter les cauchemars dans le monde des rêves comme dans le monde réel.
