Apocalypse Hotel
Many years have passed since humanity vanished from Earth, yet the Galaxy Tower hotel in Ginza, Tokyo, continues to operate. At the center of its staff is Yachiyo, a dedicated hotelier robot, along with other employee robots working tirelessly in various departments. Together, they spend what feels like an eternity maintaining the hotel, despite having no guests. As they await the return of their owner and the day humanity reappears. Now, a small miracle is about to change everything for Yachiyo and her robotic colleagues.
De nombreuses années se sont écoulées depuis que l'humanité a disparu de la Terre, mais l'hôtel Galaxy Tower à Ginza, à Tokyo, continue de fonctionner. This is "the" WTF show of the season so far. Humanity is gone. The humor remains. If you follow only one show you'll follow this season, this is it.

There is a good premise here, but I found this one slow and tedious, not to mention depressing. Humanity is gone, and what remains of civilization is robots going about their programming. If I want a bleak post-apocalyptic story, Ellison does it better.

A bit melancholy in concept, but still pretty funny. And it certainly made me wonder what happens next.
