Michael Eh?

Anime with a moral dilemma. When morals apply to killers, this show gets interesting but I think it will tire out sooner than later.

I didnt care for this one. The idea that the protagonists are assassins is somewhat interesting, but it also means we don't have much reason to care about the protagonists.
It is very well written and executed, but the idea of the protagonists being from the underworld makes it tough to relate to them.
This first episode had someone that is somewhat relatable - he's doing what he's doing because he thinks it is in his sisters best interest. This makes him a fool that i don't particularly care about as well as a tool for evil.
All in all, this one is not for me.

John Wick/The Continental this ain't. That movie and TV series has kind of ruined me on this show; I was expecting more, and unfortunately am not feeling this one. The whole "emotionless super-talented killer" thing is kind of old hat in anime these days. Could use some more dysfunctional people, like in Buddy Daddies or the Baby Assassins films.
