Year 2130 --
after the third world war, large contaminated areas known as "Blackspots" formed all over Japan. Large Walls were used to quarantine off these "Blackspots". In time, signs of inhabitance appeared within these wastelands. Among the survivors who had been abandoned inside the Blackspots, labeled as "those who were unneeded", came forth possessors of uncanny abilities -- Fire, wind, brute strength...they were defined by their supernatural abilities. Others, fearful of their powers, expelled them and named them - - - Needless!

après la troisième guerre mondiale, de vastes zones contaminées appelées "points noirs" se sont formées dans tout le Japon. De grands murs ont été utilisés pour mettre en quarantaine ces "points noirs". Avec le temps, des signes d'habitation sont apparus au sein de ces friches. Parmi les survivants qui avaient été abandonnés à l'intérieur des Blackspots, étiquetés comme "ceux qui n'étaient pas nécessaires", sont sortis des possesseurs de capacités étranges - Feu, vent, force brute... ils ont été définis par leurs capacités surnaturelles. D'autres, craignant leurs pouvoirs, les expulsèrent et les nommèrent - - - Inutile !

I only saw the last 5 minutes, ending and opening. Seems influence by Gurren Laggan (put it mildly). Heavy on fan service, light on plot.

Decent plot, though subtitles were hard to read at parts. Not bad fan service though the opening/ending raised several questions, one thing I do know is fanboyash was here he would [love it].

Mediocre story, average action, pretty good fan service. The yuri scenes under the closing credits that have nothing to do with the show are the only actually creative idea.

Bad dialogue, bad acting, total shameless fan service, that's totally mindless entertainment. Fun to watch, no IQ required.
